The Code of Conduct is a guide to our way of working in Belron. It sets out the behaviours and actions that are expected from each of us every day. It applies to everyone at Belron regardless of job role, location or seniority and whether employed permanently or temporarily.
It supports and guides us in our day-to-day decisions and makes clear what we can all expect from working at Belron, and what to do if things aren’t right. The Code of Conduct sets out the minimum standards we must all adhere to globally; it does not replace country policies in each of our countries, but sits alongside our existing policies and guidelines.
