Our businesses comprise many different countries and cultures. As people, we’re all unique and all our circumstances are different. Belron businesses can only continue to thrive if we meet the needs of all our customers, recruit from the widest pool of people, and harness the unique skills and experiences of all our colleagues.
We want all of our businesses to be inclusive and diverse places to work, with equal opportunities for all. This is essential to our future success as it will help us attract, retain and develop the most talented colleagues in a competitive marketplace and make a difference with real care to our employees, our customers and society. This is why diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) principles are embedded into our business priorities.
We have zero tolerance for discrimination and aim for 100% inclusion for everyone, by nurturing a culture where everyone can feel safe, valued and supported.
By 2025, our ambition is to improve the gender mix across our business and the overall diversity of our Senior Leadership Group.
Promoting wellbeing is also at the heart of doing business responsibly and we want our colleagues to feel supported in terms of both their mental and physical health.
We’re providing DE&I training for our senior leaders, promoting awareness of DE&I events throughout the year, focusing on how we increase women in field operations and frontline roles, and measuring progress through our engagement survey.
We track progress on DE&I by asking focused questions of all employees through the Annual Engagement Survey, and the results show year on year improvement.
Local resources help colleagues invest in their mental and physical health and wellbeing, including easy ways to access support if they need it.
