Developed by the experts in our Belron Technical team, the Belron Way of Fitting captures the expertise and know-how of Belron Technicians around the world and defines a best practice approach to repairing and replacing vehicle glass. Every job is carried out in the same way using the tools and processes developed by Belron Technical. It helps ensure safety, drives technical quality to the highest standard and means that we continuously improve the service we offer. It’s a 30-step process for all jobs they carry out, wherever they are in the world.
A properly fitted windscreen accounts for up to 30% of a vehicle’s structural strength. We have stringent specifications for the safety and quality of the glass that we buy or manufacture, for the way it’s delivered and for the way we fit it, only working with reputable suppliers as used by the world’s leading vehicle producers for original car manufacture.
Our technicians undergo intensive technical, administrative and behavioural training and are reassessed every year to ensure they’re consistently meeting our fitting standards.
Through our relationships with glass manufacturers, our network of distribution centres and our transport capacity, we can serve customers quickly. We have almost XX million square meters of screen storage space worldwide, and our European Distribution Centre in Bilzen, Belgium, is the largest warehouse of its kind.
With more than 90% of our products directly available from stock, we ensure a fast and consistent service. Our integrated regional logistics supply chain means that even if a piece of glass isn’t immediately available, we will be able to source it quickly.
