Celebrating our people
The Belron Exceptional People Awards (BEPAs) recognise and show appreciation for our truly outstanding colleagues across the world. Out of over 29,000 colleagues, only around 100 will receive a BEPA each year – making it one of the most prestigious awards in the business.
Winners of the BEPAs are the people who make a big impact. They’re the team members who go the extra mile to help a customer or a colleague. They embody the Spirit of Belron and inspire us to do our best and make a difference with real care – every single day.
Belron stars
Every year we ask our Belron businesses to nominate their most inspirational people for the most prestigious of recognition awards – the Belron Exceptional People Awards. Last year, there were 84 in total (65 individuals and 19 teams) from as many as 25 countries. While each of their stories is different, all of our winners have one thing in common: they are all exceptional colleagues who go the extra mile, every day.
